County shirt kit launch

Hero film for 150th Anniversary shirt

Gloucester County Cricket Club produced a special county championship shirt to celebrate their 150th anniversary. They asked us to create a product launch film, which captured the shirt in detail but also explored the continuation of their 150 year legacy and featured some of the Club’s legends.

We shot this film with Club Captain, Chris Dent, in just a couple of hours. We planned, scripted and storyboarded the shots so we could match imagery to photos of cricket legend W.G Grace.

Can't recommend Woven highly enough. The best I've come across in Bristol. They've done numerous films for us at Gloucestershire Cricket and we enjoy working with the team. Woven always over-deliver on an agreed project. Be it in the editing suite or with the quality of their filming, they never disappoint.

Meet Phil. You might find him in funny shoes, wearing a hard hat or sporting silky lycra. Phil is what we affectionately call in the industry, a ‘bike guy’. Phil cut his teeth making films for the bicycle industry, he’s forgotten more about filming 2 wheels than most of us will ever know.

Phil brings a wealth of agency experience as a producer, camera and editor.

Alex Duncan

Filmmaker

Alex is fresh-faced from the Big Smoke. In the end, Bristol’s laid-back, coffee-sipping and cider-guzzling culture proved too much of a draw (it gets them all).
Like a clock, his last job involved a lot of Tik-Tok but he’s also a master with a good story.
Multi-talented, you’ll find him out on shoots and in the studio editing.

Adam’s our partner photographer extraordinaire. He works in editorial and commercial.

He’s a ninja on shoots, there’s not a loose flash or stray lens hood anywhere to be found.

He works seamlessly in the background with the video team until it’s his turn to step up and then captures beautiful images.
