The face of Triodos

Triodos Bank commissioned us to produce one employer brand hero film and three employee testimonial films, to show the working culture of their UK Branch. The result was an engaging ‘people talking candidly to people’ film.

During our research stage, we spoke to a number of employees who were truly passionate about their role and about Triodos, one of the world’s most sustainable banks.

Authentic stories told by charismatic people have considerable power, so we suggested making these films as individual employee testimonials and then producing a hero film based on the content captured.
