Rewilding North Somerset

Storytelling film about the Rewilding Champions Project.

North Somerset is officially getting wilder and we were asked by Avon Wildlife Trust to tell the story of the Rewilding Champions Project in North Somerset.

Avon Wildlife Trust wanted to create a legacy film at the end of the project, to explore how and why the project is important and explain what it’ll look like going forward.

We love getting out and about and we spent two beautiful sunny days filming with the rewilding champions and volunteers, on location in Portishead and Nailsea.

We were able to experience first-hand the positive effects the project is having, get amongst the wildlife and tell some great stories over film.

Meet Phil. You might find him in funny shoes, wearing a hard hat or sporting silky lycra. Phil is what we affectionately call in the industry, a ‘bike guy’. Phil cut his teeth making films for the bicycle industry, he’s forgotten more about filming 2 wheels than most of us will ever know.

Phil brings a wealth of agency experience as a producer, camera and editor.

Alex Duncan

Alex is fresh-faced from the Big Smoke. In the end, Bristol’s laid-back, coffee-sipping and cider-guzzling culture proved too much of a draw (it gets them all).
Like a clock, his last job involved a lot of Tik-Tok but he’s also a master with a good story.
Multi-talented, you’ll find him out on shoots and in the studio editing.

Adam Gasson

Adam’s our partner photographer extraordinaire. He works in editorial and commercial.

He’s a ninja on shoots, there’s not a loose flash or stray lens hood anywhere to be found.

He works seamlessly in the background with the video team until it’s his turn to step up and then captures beautiful images.
